About The Position
The Store Team Member provides friendly, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced store environment. The role works with the team to support customers throughout their Sheetz experience, including food and beverage preparation, sales, checkout, and maintaining store conditions. Team members can develop skills across multiple areas of the store and may grow their careers within Sheetz. Employees working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and be able to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Must be able to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Restock products throughout the store.
