About The Position

Requirements

• Must comply with and follow treatment program established by the Physical Therapist.
• Must conduct objective clinical testing.
• Must assist in gathering data during tests and measurements.
• Must immediately report all patient changes, unexpected responses, problems to the assigned Physical Therapist before modifying a treatment program.
• Must document patient treatments performed daily including progress notes on inpatients and outpatients.
• Must supervise supportive personnel.
• Must give direction to aides and volunteers who may be assisting in patient care.
• Must provide patient and family education and give instructions that are clear and complete.
• Must cross train in Acute and Home Health.
