About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem, hourly clinician to provide primary care in its San Francisco, California area offices. This is casual employment, with 8–23 patient care hours per week. The role includes a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits and is not a panel-building position. Clinicians see patients in the office and occasionally through telehealth, collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, and use their clinical training to provide care and perform in-office procedures. The clinician must be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. One Medical describes its approach as human-centered primary care, supported by in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns. The company joined Amazon in February 2023 and says it aims to improve health outcomes while cultivating a diverse, driven, empathetic, and inclusive team environment. The hourly rate is $96.00. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule, and additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed the specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package may also include benefits.
