About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem, hourly Primary Care Physician to provide care at its offices in Mesa, Gilbert, and Queen Creek, supporting the Dana Park, SanTan Village, and Queen Creek offices. The role involves 8–23 patient-care hours per week and is not a panel-building position. Providers see patients with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits, in office and occasionally through telehealth. The position involves collaboration with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, use of the physician’s clinical training for in-office procedures, and willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states. The role requires enrollment in or completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency, at least two of the past five years practicing in outpatient primary care, and Arizona state licensure before the One Medical start date. Physicians must be board certified or meet the stated board-eligible/residency completion conditions. One Medical seeks providers who are committed to human-centered, evidence-based primary care, can communicate effectively with people from varied backgrounds, use technology to provide care, work collaboratively, respond constructively to feedback, navigate uncertainty, and adapt to patient needs. This is a casual employee (per diem) role with an hourly rate of $138.00. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be available for candidates exceeding the specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package may also include benefits. Regular team members working 24 or more hours per week and their dependents are eligible for the listed benefits beginning on the date of hire; the role itself is listed as 8–23 patient-care hours per week.
