About The Position

One Medical is seeking a per diem primary care physician for an hourly casual employee role supporting its Dana Park, SanTan Village, and Queen Creek offices across Queen Creek, Gilbert, and Mesa, Arizona. The role involves 8–23 patient-care hours per week and is not a panel-building position. The physician will see patients with a broad range of needs, provide acute, chronic, and preventive care, and treat patients in-office as well as occasionally through telehealth. They will collaborate with in-office teammates in daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, use their clinical training to perform in-office procedures, and be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states. One Medical describes its mission as making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable through in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and preventive, chronic, common-illness, and mental-health services. The organization joined Amazon in February 2023 and emphasizes a diverse, driven, empathetic team and an environment where everyone can thrive. The role pays $138.00 per hour. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be determined for candidates exceeding stated qualifications. The total compensation package may also include benefits. Regular team members working 24 or more hours per week and their dependents are eligible for the stated benefits beginning on the hire date; the position itself is listed at 8–23 patient-care hours per week. The work schedule may change based on business direction.
