About The Position

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, or market research.
• Experience with CRM reporting, dashboards, data organization, and market research tools.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to build meaningful reporting from raw data.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills that help drive action.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the food, nutrition, dairy, ingredients, or health & wellness industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market, customer, competitor, and category trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations that support marketing strategy and commercial planning.
• Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide trusted insights for marketing and commercial teams.
• Analyze lead, customer, and performance data to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Support lead prioritization and engagement strategies through data-driven recommendations.
• Help maximize the impact of events, campaigns, and follow-up activities through insight-led planning.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and leadership teams to solve problems and support informed decision-making.
• Build strong relationships and become a trusted source of market and customer intelligence.
