About The Position

The Marketing Specialist functions a vital, hands-on role in fulfilling creative marketing initiatives from a global company perspective. The role is instrumental in all marketing components as well as monitoring and organizing projects.

Must have a valid driver's license.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a thorough drug and background screening to include MVR.

Nice To Haves

Must be friendly and able to meet and greet general public at events.
Available to work five days a week including weekends as needed.
Willing to travel to local events, generally in the Kendall area.
Understanding of social media and content management platforms.
General understanding of paid search engine marketing and search engine optimization.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere or other creative software.
Proper utilization of grammar with fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred).
Photography though smartphone and/or camera.
B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with marketing team on varied projects including social media, dealer websites and other marketing projects.
Updates and proofs marketing on websites for changes in retail pricing and creative.
Assists with daily operation of the marketing group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics, including event production through booth scheduling and shipping, collateral coordination and premium ordering.
Responsible for tracking all invoices and expenses against budget.
Assists marketing team in responding to online reviews on google, yelp and other review platforms.
Reporting regularly to marketing director and finance department on fiscal status.
Coordinate shows and promotional onsite/ offsite events as needed.
Responsible for managing inventory of in-house premiums and fulfillment of contest prizes.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Maintains a clean and professional work environment.
Additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
