Requirements

  • Experience routinely monitoring production equipment.
  • Experience adjusting equipment setting parameters to optimize equipment performance.
  • Experience replacing, requesting, and maintaining new fixtures.
  • Experience updating equipment records in Maximo or other CMMS asset management systems and/or other record keeping systems.
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment and maintenance.
  • Experience with MS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience performing a wide variety of engineering Cal check lab tasks.
  • Experience making detailed observations while performing tasks.
  • Experience performing Cal check lab-related clerical duties including filing, recordkeeping, and entering data into computer database.
  • Experience performing troubleshooting for instruments and equipment within the lab.
  • Experience following Cal check lab protocols, manufacturing process instructions, and Dexcom safety guidelines.
  • Experience maintaining schedules for equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Experience training new line technicians on duties.
  • High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years of related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree (AA) in a technical field from an accredited college or in equipment, process and/or electronics related curriculum.
  • Experience in an equipment maintenance position is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set-up, troubleshooting and monitoring of equipment in Production.
  • Support basic equipment qualification, inventory management, and calibration tracking activities with record keeping.
  • Following GMP guidelines.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting, repairing and test production equipment.
  • Order new tools and replacement parts.
  • Be the liaison between Manufacturing, Manufacturing Equipment Support, and Calibration team.
  • Routinely monitor production equipment.
  • Adjust equipment setting parameters to optimize equipment performance.
  • Replace, request, and maintain new fixtures.
  • Update equipment records in Maximo or other CMMS asset management systems and/or other record keeping systems.
  • Perform a wide variety of engineering Cal check lab tasks.
  • Make detailed observations while performing tasks.
  • Perform Cal check lab-related clerical duties including filing, recordkeeping, and entering data into computer database.
  • Perform troubleshooting for instruments and equipment within the lab.
  • Follow Cal check lab protocols, manufacturing process instructions, and Dexcom safety guidelines.
  • Maintain schedules for equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Train new line technicians on duties.
  • Assume and perform other duties as assigned.
