Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or production environments.
  • Experience leading supervisors and frontline manufacturing teams.
  • Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement approaches.
  • Experience managing operational benchmarks and production performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, manufacturing reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, software deployment operations, product configuration management, or highly regulated manufacturing environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations supporting software burn, product configuration, validation, and release processes.
  • Ensure production schedules and customer delivery commitments are achieved through effective planning and execution.
  • Monitor operational performance and drive corrective actions to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency objectives.
  • Manage staffing, labor allocation, and capacity planning to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, product specifications, and software control requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, team leaders, and frontline employees.
  • Conduct performance management, talent development, and succession planning activities.
  • Encourage a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and ongoing development.
  • Propel Lean Manufacturing and persistent improvement activities that increase efficiency, quality, and throughput.
  • Ensure adherence to all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, IT, and Product Management teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Manage departmental budgets, labor expenses, and operational costs.
