About The Position

The HR Manager will coordinate and lead initiatives in support of the Fidelity Institutional HR strategy with direction from the HR team. This exciting opportunity will work with the FI Technology, Wealth Advisory Management Solutions, and FundsNetwork and Alts/Crypto teams in FI and be involved in all aspects of the human capital strategy, including staffing, compensation, talent management, performance, engagement, development, diversity and inclusion to enable successful implementation and execution of people practices. Develop, align, and complete programs and initiatives in support of the business strategy. Programs range across business unit-specific, functional, and/or enterprise in nature. Work alongside with partners in Compensation to ensure alignment to compensation philosophies and strategies. Drive the integration of performance and business management processes to ensure clarity of goals and expectations for business results, align performance with rewards, and drive a culture of accountability for results. Use data, measures, and people analytics to provide key insights and influence organizational and talent decisions. Manage and implement organizational change initiatives. Partner closely with talent management team to complete initiatives that identify, assess, develop, engage, and reward associates. Help to coordinate staffing/sourcing strategies and selection process for key roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 plus years of experience or master’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability, flexibility, and resourcefulness to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment, thriving in ambiguity.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for driving an organization to achieve greatness through its associates and leaders.
  • Analytical approach with penchant for detail and ownership for managing large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to 'tell the story,' and communicate sophisticated information to influence executive decision making.
  • Ability to quickly gain subject matter expertise and apply institutional knowledge to business decisions and quality analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building collaborative and consultative relationships with peers and leaders/managers,
  • Ability to think strategically and pragmatically to complete and deliver the HR strategy.
  • Good judgment, strong business intuition, and understanding of how people and talent strategies can drive business results.
