About The Position

Requirements

• Pre-employment drug screening and criminal screening
• A driver's license is required
• Ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, and lift objects regularly throughout the day
• Frequent standing and use of arms and legs
• Physically lift 10 or more pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation
• Weights exceeding 50 pounds to be accomplished with assistance from one or more people

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of tools, household appliances and structures

Responsibilities

• Responding to resident work orders (leaky faucet, door hinges, locks)
• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches
• Repairing broken or damaged items
• Assisting in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed
• Completing documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion
• Assisting in conducting routine and periodic property inspections to identify safety and risk management concerns
• Accurate documentation of required community logs for regulations
• Attending monthly safety meetings performed by the property manager
