About The Position

The Make Ready Technician prepares vacant homes for new residents by conducting initial move-out inspections, completing general repairs, and assisting with final punch and readiness activities. The role helps ensure homes meet company standards for clean, safe, and functional condition while supporting efficient turnaround timelines. Technicians perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, with duties varying according to property needs and business priorities. They manage their daily workload independently and ensure homes are completed within required timelines.
