About The Position

The Make-Ready Technician prepares vacant apartment homes for new residents and helps create a memorable move-in experience. As an integral member of the service team, the technician fills nail holes, repairs sheetrock, paints, and performs other work needed to ready homes. The role requires attention to detail when troubleshooting repairs and maintaining the appearance of the community and apartment homes. The technician also schedules vendors, oversees contracted services to ensure completed work meets company standards, and assists the service team with additional community maintenance as needed.

Requirements

Attention to detail in preparing vacant units and troubleshooting repairs.
Ability to work independently and manage a to-do list.
Ability to assist the service team with repairs and community upkeep.
Experience scheduling vendors and overseeing contracted services to ensure work meets company standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents and help create an excellent move-in experience.
