About The Position

The Technician/Mechanic position requires experience and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction.Pay Range: $12.54 - $18.81 Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices. All employees receive pay that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred
  • Reading and writing
  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
  • Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles

Responsibilities

  • Change oil, transmission fluid and filters
  • Install batteries and checks electrical systems
  • Tire maintenance
  • Install parts
  • Road test vehicles
  • Other duties as assigned
