About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Maintenance Tech I at WorldMark The Lake House. The role provides quality maintenance results for guests, helping ensure each unit and building is in good working order. The technician performs general facility maintenance under supervision, completes service requests and repairs, and helps prepare units. The position also involves outdoor cleanup and basic landscape work, inspecting building systems, reporting deficiencies to a supervisor, and following company safety programs.

Requirements

Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient production.
Complete directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
Repair or replace general fixtures and perform repairs involving doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
Clean and maintain outdoor landscape areas, including emptying trash, picking up litter, and performing general landscape work.
Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
Adhere to company safety programs.
