About The Position

As a Maintenance Tech I, you will help create quality vacation experiences by using maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep resort units and buildings in good working order. The role performs general facility maintenance under supervision, completes service requests and repairs, prepares make-ready units, maintains outdoor areas, and reports building-system deficiencies while following company safety programs.

Requirements

Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient production.
Complete directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
Perform directed maintenance work for make-ready units.
Repair and replace general fixtures and address repairs involving doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
Clean and maintain outside landscape areas, including emptying and picking up trash and performing general landscape work.
Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
