About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor directs and inspects the work of Housekeepers and Houseman, ensuring that quality and cleanliness standards are met. The role ensures the Quality Assurance (QA) process is followed to achieve appropriate cleanliness and quality levels and supports Loss Prevention and safety standards procedures. The supervisor also supports Housekeeping and Resort Leaders in ensuring proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity. The position is with Travel + Leisure Co. at WorldMark Birch Bay and Blaine Resorts. The hourly rate is $25.00.

Requirements

One year of related housekeeping experience.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience.
One year of hospitality customer service experience in the discipline.

Responsibilities

Direct and inspect the work of Housekeepers and Houseman.
Ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
Ensure the Quality Assurance (QA) process is followed and appropriate cleanliness and quality levels are achieved.
Support Loss Prevention and safety standards procedures.
Support Housekeeping and Resort Leaders in maintaining proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.
