About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Maintenance Technician II at WorldMark Moab Resort. The role provides maintenance support to help ensure guest units and resort buildings are in good working order, combining facilities-maintenance skills with customer service.

Requirements

Intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and perform repairs as needed.
Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using methods and materials such as soldering, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
Replace breakers, ballasts, switches, sockets, and other electrical fixtures; prevent and troubleshoot potential electrical hazards.
Complete preventative maintenance programs for systems such as HVAC.
Repair interior walls, wall coverings, and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings, applying texture, and painting.
Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
Follow the company’s safety programs.
Provide quality results for guests and help ensure units and buildings are in working order.
