About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care in a hospital setting, making a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. The role requires delivering empathetic and compassionate care. Travel to Columbus, Grove City, Westerville, and Dublin, OH is a requirement. No dialysis experience is required, as training will be provided, potentially at a facility other than the assigned home facility. The position may involve floating to various facilities during and after training. Requirements

  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • IV certification required if required by state regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required
  • Functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment color blind test (accommodation may be provided)
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible

Nice To Haves

  • BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
