About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to work in a shop environment with noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
• Capability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Physical activities include sitting, standing, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, and using hands to handle tools and controls.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be required.
• Good vision, including close, distance, and peripheral vision, with the ability to adjust focus.
• Operate equipment and move vehicles safely at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform all lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspection services on vehicles.
• Identify and assess any additional vehicle maintenance needs.
• Maintain high-quality service standards and report any substandard processes, parts, or procedures to management.
• Deliver prompt and clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Exemplify outstanding attendance, professionalism, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
