Express Lube Technician

About The Position
Cavender Auto Country Chevy Buick GMC, part of the Cavender Auto Family, is hiring an Express Lube Technician to support its service operations. The role performs routine vehicle maintenance, including oil and filter service, tire rotation and pressure checks, fluid checks, lubrication, and multi-point inspections. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent manual dexterity, patience, creativity, good judgment, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
- Submit to and successfully complete an MVR check, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of basic vehicle systems and technical resources.
Responsibilities
- Drain engine oil and refill it with the suggested viscosity and quantity.
- Replace oil and air filters when needed.
- Rotate tires and inspect brake pads.
- Check and adjust tire air pressure.
- Complete multi-point inspections on every vehicle.
- Inspect and refill fluid levels of key components.
- Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
