About The Position

Ray Laks Honda is hiring an Express Lube Technician to perform vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The position is full-time, on-site in Orchard Park, New York, and includes Saturdays. The technician reports to the service manager. The union hourly rate is $17.14; actual pay may vary based on the union contract, experience, job-related knowledge, bonus or commission, and location.

The role performs minor maintenance, including oil and filter changes, and complete vehicle maintenance inspections covering tires, brakes, and fluid levels. The technician communicates maintenance recommendations to the service advisor and helps maintain quality expertise and customer satisfaction. The dealership is part of Lithia & Driveway, which has more than 300 dealerships nationwide and offers opportunities to pursue career goals.

Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent and at least 18 years old. A valid driver's license in the applicant's state of residence and an acceptable driving record are required. The workplace is drug-free, and the employer states its commitment to equal employment opportunity.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience as an express or quick lube technician is preferred.
