Provides business office and clerical assistance by performing the following duties. Organizes and examines required documentation, verifying accuracy and completeness of loan files. Ensures liens are perfected in a timely manner. Follows up with additional documentation, i.e. insurance and UCC's. Loads and edits all loans and customer information. Reviews and processes loan payments and loan advances. Assists customers and answers questions concerning loan information and transactions. Balances GL accounts. Provides excellent customer service.
