About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required—we provide training.
• Current TB testing (or willingness to obtain one during onboarding).
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 supervision and companionship during scheduled live-in assignments.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing and personal hygiene, Dressing and grooming, Toileting and incontinence care, Mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, including: Laundry, Dishwashing, Vacuuming and sweeping, Changing bed linens, Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration).
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community outings when applicable.
• Monitor changes in the client's condition and promptly report concerns to the office.
• Accurately document care provided according to company policy.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for each client's home.
