About The Position
Right at Home is seeking experienced and compassionate Caregivers for live-in assignments throughout Central Texas. The role involves providing one-on-one care and building meaningful relationships with clients in their homes. Assignments may involve 24-hour or 72-hour live-in shifts, with schedules of one week on/one week off or two weeks on/two weeks off. The listed pay is $1,600 per week before taxes; the job header lists $1,599.97 per week. The service area includes Austin, Bastrop, Brenham, Marble Falls, San Marcos, and surrounding communities.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
- Have a reliable vehicle.
- Be able to travel to client homes.
- Be willing to provide hands-on personal care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's care.
- Experience supporting people with Parkinson's disease.
- Experience with Hoyer lift transfers.
- Experience with gait belt transfers.
- Experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Attendant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
