Experienced Live In Caregiver
About The Position
TheKey is hiring live-in caregivers to support clients in Columbus. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers a stated rate of $280 per day and schedule options that include full-time and part-time work. The Friday 9 a.m. to Monday 9 a.m. shift is listed as available. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while caregivers help aging adults and build relationships with clients. Caregivers must meet state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- Comply with state background screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
- Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
