About The Position

TheKey is hiring live-in caregivers to support clients in Columbus. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers a stated rate starting at $280 per day and a Friday 9 a.m. to Monday 9 a.m. shift option; full-time and part-time schedules are available. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with aging adults.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Must comply with state background-screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide mobility support and companionship to clients in their homes.
