The Opportunity We are seeking a licensed, passionate, and knowledgeable Esthetician to join our elite team. The ideal candidate is results-focused, sales-savvy, and thrives on helping guests achieve their best skin through advanced, medical-grade facial treatments.

Requirements

  • Current esthetician license
  • 2+ years of experience in a spa or clinical setting
  • Proven retail sales performance
  • Strong consultation and guest communication skills
  • Weekend availability only - both Saturday and Sunday

  • Dermaplane certification

Responsibilities

  • Perform customized facial treatments using medical-grade products
  • Recommend upgraded services and home care based on individual skin needs
  • Perform waxing services and maintain Dermaplane certification
  • Attend vendor trainings and continuing education to stay current on techniques and products
  • Document treatments accurately and follow up with guests
  • Build your book of business through personal post-treatment follow-up calls and guest retention calls
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless, upscale guest experience
