About The Position

Hand & Stone is hiring a licensed esthetician to provide results-driven skincare services and help clients achieve their skincare goals. The role involves creating customized, progressive treatment plans, recommending products and services, and building relationships that encourage repeat visits. Estheticians work in a supportive team environment with opportunities for service and product training, workshops, webinars, mentorship, and professional development. The posting specifies night shifts only and offers flexible scheduling, including a focus on high-volume shifts. Compensation is $40.00–$60.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Hold an active esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Be able to carry esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service and maintain a friendly, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing high-quality esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals set by spa management.
• Create a positive experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness in treatment rooms and common areas.
• Educate clients and recommend post-treatment products and skincare routines.
