Licensed Esthetician- NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY
About The Position
Hand & Stone is seeking a licensed esthetician to provide results-driven facial services and help clients achieve their skincare goals. Estheticians create customized, progressive treatment plans, build relationships that encourage repeat visits, educate clients about skincare, and recommend post-treatment products. Services and modalities may include LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. The role includes service and product training, workshops, webinars, and opportunities for further development, including modality and brand certifications, mentorship, leadership development, and potential corporate trainer positions. Estheticians work to deliver an excellent client experience, meet sales goals, generate new clientele, and maintain clean, professional treatment rooms and common areas.
Requirements
- Hold an active esthetics license in the appropriate state.
- Be able to carry esthetics liability insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing high-quality esthetic services.
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals.
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
- Achieve sales goals set by spa management.
- Create a positive experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Maintain the professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
