About The Position

Hand & Stone is hiring Licensed Estheticians for full-time and part-time schedules. Estheticians help clients improve their skin and feel confident by providing results-driven facial treatments, creating customized treatment plans, and building relationships that encourage repeat visits. The role is part of a team focused on delivering an excellent client experience through innovative services and skincare education.

Estheticians can develop their skills through service and product training, workshops, webinars, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. The spa offers advanced skincare modalities and opportunities to pursue certifications with partner skincare brands. The position also includes sales and client-referral goals, along with maintaining clean and professional treatment rooms and shared areas.

Requirements

• Hold an active Esthetics license in Indiana.
• Be able to carry Esthetics liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing high-quality esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals established by spa management.
• Create an excellent experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Maintain the professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
