About The Position

Hand & Stone is hiring a Licensed Esthetician to provide results-driven skincare services and help clients achieve their skincare goals. Estheticians deliver customized treatments, recommend progressive treatment plans and products, and build relationships that encourage repeat visits. The role is part of a team focused on creating a welcoming, professional experience for members and guests.

The spa offers services using advanced skincare modalities, including LED skin phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Estheticians can develop their skills through service and product training, workshops, webinars, brand and modality certifications, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. Scheduling is described as flexible, with a focus on high-volume shifts.

Employment is with an independently owned and operated Hand & Stone franchisee, which is a separate employer responsible for hiring, benefits, compensation, and other employment decisions.

Requirements

• Hold an active esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Be able to carry esthetics liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing high-quality esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals established by spa management.
• Create a positive experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain the professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Educate clients and recommend post-treatment products and skincare routines.
