About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Arvada is seeking experienced Licensed Estheticians for a long-term role in a stable, positive, established, and busy environment. Estheticians provide high-quality, result-driven facial treatments and help clients address skincare concerns through personalized treatment plans. The spa offers services and technology including dermaplaning, LED skin phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, Diamond Glow, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. The membership model supports repeat business, and the spa books appointments and provides supplies so estheticians can focus on clients. Ongoing education is available through Education on Demand platforms, hands-on training, workshops, and webinars. The role is with an independently owned and operated Hand and Stone franchisee, which is a separate employer from Hand and Stone Franchise Corp. The franchisee is responsible for employment decisions, benefits, compensation, and day-to-day activities.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed esthetician.
- Experience as an esthetician is sought.
- Strong record in retail sales and in-room upgrades.
- Must carry liability insurance.
- Knowledge and understanding of spa services and product lines as they relate to estheticians.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals.
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
- Create an excellent experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Help maintain the professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
