About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an experienced esthetician who can consult, treat, and sell. Our membership base keeps clients coming to you on a schedule. We offer innovative services such as DiamondGlow, ProPen LuminFusion, NanoInfusion, NuFACE, LED phototherapy, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and the Dermalogica professional line. Your production drives your pay, and our strongest estheticians earn at the top of that range. We are looking for individuals with an active Florida Esthetician license, at least 2 years of hands-on experience performing facials, and a proven retail and upgrade sales record. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Active Florida Esthetician license
• 2+ years of paid, hands-on experience as an esthetician performing facials (school clinic hours do not count)
• A retail and upgrade sales record with quantifiable numbers
• Ability to confidently run a full consultation and close a treatment plan
• Willingness to work a minimum of 4 days per week, including evening shifts and at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their skincare needs and concerns.
• Recommend and perform appropriate facial treatments.
• Sell retail products and home care solutions to clients.
• Achieve average ticket and rebooking goals.
• Maintain a full book of clients through consultations and treatment plans.
• Perform services using innovative techniques and product lines.
