About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Sunrise, FL, near Sawgrass Mills, is seeking experienced estheticians. We offer a strong membership base to ensure a consistent schedule and provide innovative services like DiamondGlow, ProPen LuminFusion, NanoInfusion, NuFACE, LED phototherapy, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and the Dermalogica professional line. Your earnings are driven by base hourly pay plus commission on service upgrades and retail sales, with opportunities for performance bonuses and advancement to Lead Esthetician, Trainer, or Advanced Skincare Specialist. We require a minimum of 4 days per week, including evenings and at least one weekend day, as peak hours are when members book. You will be responsible for consultations, recommending treatment plans, and selling retail and home care, with goals for average ticket and rebooking.

Requirements

Active Florida Esthetician license
2+ years of paid, hands-on experience as an esthetician performing facials (school clinic hours do not count)
A verifiable retail and upgrade sales record
Ability to confidently run a full consultation and close a treatment plan
