About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in East Liberty is seeking a Licensed Esthetician for a long-term role in a stable, positive, and inclusive team environment. The spa provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments and offers advanced skincare services, including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Estheticians can develop individualized treatment plans and build repeat business through the spa’s membership model. The spa books appointments and provides supplies so estheticians can focus on clients, and offers ongoing education through Education on Demand platforms, hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.

The role focuses on delivering excellent guest and member experiences through skincare expertise, service, and product knowledge. Compensation is listed as $33,000–$45,000 per year, with commission and contests also mentioned. Requirements

• Hold a current esthetician license.
• Have a strong retail and in-treatment upgrade record.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Have knowledge and understanding of spa services and product lines as they relate to estheticians.

• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.

• Create excellent experiences for members and guests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain the professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
