About The Position

Requirements

• At least five years leading complex, high-visibility projects and matter portfolios in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, risk mitigation, and end-to-end project lifecycle management.
• Advanced business, financial, and technical acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, pricing, profitability analysis, financial reporting, matter management, and legal project management technologies.
• Ability to evaluate and implement innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and client value.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, facilitate complex decision-making, and manage organizational change.
• Ability to deliver successful outcomes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and reporting tools for developing complex models, dashboards, scenario analyses, and repeatable reporting solutions.
• Experience designing and optimizing project management and collaboration solutions using Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
• Advanced Microsoft Visio skills and related information-management capabilities for developing process maps, workflow documentation, governance standards, and best practices.
• PMP, J.D., and/or MBA credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex legal project management initiatives and matter portfolios, overseeing project planning, governance, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery for high-profile clients and firm engagements.
• Advise attorneys, clients, and business professionals; align stakeholders; facilitate cross-functional collaboration; develop innovative solutions; and improve the efficiency, quality, and profitability of legal service delivery.
• Advance Legal Project Management through leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement, including financial analysis, process optimization, technology implementation, training, and development of scalable methodologies, workflows, and best practices.
