About The Position

This role is within the Legal Operations team of the Corporate Legal and Compliance Department at Accor's headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux. The team focuses on the performance and digital transformation of the legal and compliance function, utilizing tools like Legal AI platforms, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, and internal knowledge bases. The position operates in an international, multicultural environment with strict IT security and data confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in legal operations, legal project management, IT project management, or a comparable role.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Rigorous, methodical, and possess a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong project management skills: ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Tech-savvy and genuinely curious about legal technology trends and emerging tools.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to legal department environments (in-house or legal tech provider).
  • Experience with digital tools such as CLMs, DMS, or AI-based legal platforms.
  • General knowledge of IT fundamentals and legal digital tools (Agiloft or other CLM, AI-based legal platforms, Power Automate, SharePoint, BI tools, AI prompt engineering).
  • GDPR awareness.
  • A PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certification.
  • French language proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Legal Ops processes and technology are effectively deployed, adopted, and maintained Group-wide.
  • Proactively contribute to shaping the Legal Operations strategy, including defining processes and policies, and supporting tool selection, administration, and deployment.
  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing administration of legal tech tools, such as Legal AI platforms, CLM systems, and knowledge base solutions.
  • Support the selection of new tools by preparing requirements, coordinating vendor assessments, and liaising with IT and Procurement.
  • Monitor tool performance, manage user access rights, and coordinate upgrades and maintenance.
  • Design and deliver change management initiatives and training programs to drive adoption.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from scoping to delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear reporting.
  • Ensure digital tools and processes comply with data protection, IT security, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Contribute to building knowledge bases, templates, and best practice repositories.
  • Produce regular reporting on tool usage, adoption, and performance KPIs.
