About The Position

Join Deloitte’s Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team to help clients address multifaceted risk and evolving regulatory requirements using advanced data, AI, emerging technologies, and industry insights. This project-delivery role supports the nationwide implementation of a case management platform across client offices. The platform is used for docketing, scheduling, case tracking, and caseload reporting. The role delivers training and user support to legal and administrative teams and helps users transition to case management platforms. Employment is tied to the project role, and team members focus on client service without additional business-development or promotion expectations. Recruiting for this role ends on 12/16/26.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience with legal training, training development, or litigation support.
• Ability to travel 25–50% on average, depending on the work and clients served.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and maintain professional relationships.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and ability to provide clear guidance to others.

Responsibilities

• Support nationwide implementation of a case management platform across client offices.
• Deliver onsite and virtual training to attorneys, legal staff, and administrative personnel.
• Provide user support during and after deployment.
• Troubleshoot user issues, document recurring problems, and develop knowledge resources.
• Help users transition to case management platforms.
• Lead projects or workstreams, manage and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and mentor others.
