About The Position

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related field of study.
• Requires five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Software Engineer, or related occupation in the technology field.
• Requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills: Core programming languages including C/C++, Java, Perl, and Python; Messaging products including IBMMQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ and KAFKA; GO language; Relational database including Sybase, and Oracle; Designing and Architecting; Delivering highly scalable distributed systems including trading applications for retail customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage in technical discussions including participating in technical designs and present technical ideas through white boarding.
• Execute in a fast-paced delivery mode and focus in delivering tasks to meet the product release goal.
• Maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing and code quality automation.
• Help in designing interfaces and information exchange between modules.
• Build software services that are consumed by internal clients.
• Work with processes / methodologies, build, release & deployment processes.
• Articulate the need for scalability and improve quality through testing.
• Write codes that meet standards and deliver the desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
