Studio Works is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to join our team in empowering young adults and adults with developmental disabilities. In this rewarding role, you will provide hands-on support, mentorship, and guidance to help individuals build meaningful employment skills and thrive in inclusive work environments. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in helping our members develop essential work-related habits, professional attitudes, and appropriate workplace behavior. You will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong, positive relationships with our partners to ensure the long-term success for our members.
