The Job Coach is responsible for the day-to-day job training of adult employees in competitive employment positions, maintain quality, and meeting quotas (if applicate), set by the business partner. They are responsible for the guidance and direction needed to intervene with employees one-on-one and set a professional example and expectation through their actions, attendance, and dress. This person must act as an advocate on behalf of all employees under their direct supervision. The Job Coach must be able to work independently with their employees, maintain their schedule, and have the ability to make immediate decisions should an unexpected situation develop.
