About The Position
ADP is hiring an Inside Sales - Internal Wholesaler for Retirement Services. This sales role focuses on developing business in the 401(k) market by working with financial advisors, ADP payroll sales partners, and other lead sources. The role operates in a sales-centric, performance-oriented environment with opportunities for training and advancement. ADP Retirement Services uses technology and associate expertise to provide retirement services to companies of all sizes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful sales experience.
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses are required; candidates with strong sales acumen and a financial background may be considered pending appropriate licensing within the first 30 days of employment.
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prospect within an assigned territory using sales leads from personal production and networking, ADP-generated activities, the financial advisor community, and ADP payroll sales partners.
- Develop a marketing plan with the Sales Manager and field sales partners to maximize lead activity across all lead channels.
- Educate the advisor community about the benefits of partnering with ADP to drive sales in the 401(k) market.
- Maintain product knowledge and professional skills through ADP training and independent efforts.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records in the current Sales Information System.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and ADP support departments throughout the sales cycle and client relationship.
- Assist management in monitoring marketplace changes and relevant industry information.
