Requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's own schedule and workload.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate measuring, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, smartphones, and Windows-based laptops.
• Ability to complete administrative work remotely and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
• Comfort working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Dependability, self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and commitment to quality work.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in insurance inspections, real estate or property appraisal, home inspections, insurance claims adjusting, construction or commercial contracting, loss control or risk assessment, or as a first responder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses throughout the assigned territory.
• Take detailed photographs and document property features relevant to underwriting decisions.
• Assess property conditions and identify potential hazards or concerns.
• Gather accurate property information for risk evaluation.
• Compile high-quality underwriting survey reports and submit them in a timely manner.
• Manage an independent schedule and workload, dispatching daily from home.
• Complete administrative work remotely.
