Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to win repeat business by doing quality installations of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction. Requirements

  • Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience
  • Knowledge of applicable state codes
  • Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
  • Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and career-minded
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Deal courteously and tactfully with customers and fellow workers in the construction trades
  • Enjoy mentoring others
  • Committed to doing quality work and motivated to continually improve your skills
