Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
- West Virginia HVAC License and Tech 2 Card (Residential work required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in the field
- Understanding HVAC/R systems, refrigeration principles, and residential installation best practices
- Reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation schematics
- Communicating directly with homeowners
