Are you a strategic Human Resources leader who thrives on developing people, strengthening culture, and driving business results? Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Director to partner with a portfolio of hotels, providing both strategic leadership and hands-on support to our property Human Resources teams. In this above-property role, you'll serve as a trusted business partner to hotel leadership, helping create exceptional team member experiences while supporting engagement, retention, leadership development, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. You'll coach and develop Human Resources leaders, lead complex employee relations matters, support talent acquisition initiatives, and help drive a high-performing culture across multiple hotels. This role also provides interim property Human Resources leadership during vacancies and plays an important role in acquisitions, transitions, and other strategic business initiatives. If you enjoy influencing leaders, solving complex challenges, developing talent, and making a meaningful impact across multiple hotels, we'd love to meet you. This position reports to the Vice President of People & Culture, Field Operations and requires approximately 50% travel.
