About The Position

Requirements

• Advanced subject matter expertise in the Temporary Housing program.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience in guiding, mentoring, and providing escalation support to other specialists.
• Strong partnership skills with leadership to address complex issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Driving the execution, consistency, and performance of the Temporary Housing program.
• Supporting the full lifecycle of housing providers, including sourcing, onboarding, compliance validation, activation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensuring quality control, operational efficiency, and program adherence.
• Acting as an advanced subject matter expert for the Temporary Housing program.
• Serving as a functional lead, supporting Vendor Onboarding Specialist I, II, and III roles through guidance, mentorship, and escalation support.
• Partnering closely with leadership to address complex issues, improve processes, and support program performance.
