We are looking for a friendly and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time (4 days). The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, enjoys building relationships with patients, and works well in a collaborative environment. This role offers with uniform allowance, PDC attendance, free parking, and staff dental benefits. Requirements

  • Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required
  • Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required
  • Valid CPR certification is required
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
  • Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
  • Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
  • Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour
