About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum two years of high school education.
• Work permit required if under 18 years of age.
• No experience required.
• AHA BLS-HCP certification is required for all staff that open building daily for business or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Registers members and guests as they enter the club.
• Enforces the policies and procedures of the wellness center.
• Promotes and explains all club facilities, activities, programs and services to potential members and current members.
• Takes membership pictures.
• Operates the cash register.
• Receives and accounts for all cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Answers the telephone and takes messages as needed.
• May have maintenance and housekeeping duties to complete as needed including providing coffee and juice when applicable for the members.
• Reports any issues to leadership.
• May help guests with equipment questions.
